    Clicking the upload button below will start the upload process by directing you to the organization’s Google Drive.

  • 02. Select File(s) to Upload

    Click the “+” icon → Upload files (or Upload folder). (Optional) Drag the file into the correct folder if one was provided. Select your file(s) and click Open.

  • 03. Verify Your Upload

    When the upload checkmark appears, right-click the file or tap the 3 dots ⋮ next to the file → Rename (use a clear name like LastName_DAV15_DocumentType_Date.pdf).

  • 04. Recommended Preparation

    Formats: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, JPG/PNG preferred.

    Size: Try to keep under 100 MB (compress images/PDFs if needed).

    Naming: YourName_DAV15_[WhatItIs]_YYYY-MM-DD.ext (e.g., Smith_DAV15_AnnualReport_2025-01-15.pdf).

    Confirm: After sending, open the link in a private/incognito window to ensure the webmaster can view it.

What’s the maximum file size?

We recommend keeping uploads under 100 MB. Larger files (like videos) can be shared via Google Drive or another cloud link.

Do I need a Google account to upload to Drive?

Yes — you’ll need to sign in to your Google account to upload and share files securely with our webmaster

How do I make sure the webmaster can view my file?

After uploading, right-click the file in Google Drive → select Share → choose “Anyone with the link” → Viewer. Copy that link and include it in your message or form.

What should I name my file?

Use a clear and consistent format like:

LastName_DAV15_[DocumentType]_Date.pdf

Example: Johnson_DAV15_EventFlyer_2025-03-12.pdf
